Welcome to Elevate Credit w/ Tish

 First and foremost, thank you for choosing Elevate Credit w/ Tish. It is truly an honor and privilege to be part of your credit restoration journey. I am committed to providing you with transparency, guidance, and support every step of the way.


To ensure the best possible results, I ask that all clients follow the expectations outlined below:


Client Expectations

1. Maintain Open Communication
Please keep an open line of communication at all times. If your contact information changes, notify me immediately so we can stay connected throughout the process.

2. Send All Credit-Related Correspondence
If you receive any letters, emails, phone calls, or notices from creditors, collection agencies, or credit bureaus, please forward them to me immediately via email or text message. This information is often critical to your case and helps me determine the appropriate course of action.

3. Check Your Client Portal First
I am always happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Before reaching out, please review your client portal, as many updates, documents, and frequently asked questions can be found there.

4. Complete All Client Portal Tasks Promptly
If you have not already done so, please log into your client portal and complete any outstanding tasks. Delays in completing required items may impact the progress of your file.

5. Pay All Bills On Time
Payment history is one of the most important factors affecting your credit score. Making on-time payments consistently is essential to achieving long-term credit success.

6. Keep Credit Utilization Low
Whenever possible, work to reduce and maintain low balances on your revolving accounts. Lower credit utilization can positively impact your credit score.

7. Let Me Know If You Don’t Have a Credit Card
If you do not currently have an active credit card, please notify me right away. Depending on your situation, I may be able to recommend a secured credit card option to help establish or strengthen your credit profile.

8. Avoid Applying for New Credit
Please avoid applying for new credit whenever possible. New hard inquiries and accounts can negatively affect your credit profile and may interfere with your overall credit goals.
